Chris leads the commercial acquisition efforts in Southern California and focuses on sourcing core-plus and value-add investment opportunities. Concurrently, Chris is involved in due diligence and underwriting including financial modeling of commercial properties. He is also involved with project management, commercial leasing and asset management.

Chris graduated from San Diego State University in 2012 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services. During his tenure at SDSU, Chris was involved with the Finance and Investment Society and worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Chris’ previous experience involved sales and business development efforts where he proved to be a top performer.

Chris is an avid golfer who also enjoys traveling, exploring the great outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.
