Ansel assists in the daily management of Sunwood’s residential projects. Ansel’s duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating with consultants for the advancement of entitlements, researching project development requirements and fees, communicating with city officials for access to records, estimating home values and rents using detailed adjustment grids, and creating marketing packages for the disposition of assets.

Ansel graduated with Honors from San Diego State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. While at SDSU, Ansel became heavily involved with extracurricular real estate activities, becoming a member of the Real Estate Society and attending multiple one-day internships, learning from successful professionals who represented every facet of the industry.

Ansel’s previous experience includes working as a residential appraiser trainee for Premier Pacific Real Estate and as a broker for Palma Commercial. Ansel also holds a California Real Estate License.

Ansel is an avid sports fan and a Padres season-ticket holder. He enjoys road-trips, experiencing exotic foods, biking & kayaking, and the company of his friends and family.
