Alma’s primary function is to lead the asset management of the company’s commercial projects. She is also involved in the coordination and administration of a variety of projects including small project entitlements, land disposition and foreign micro-finance ventures.

Prior to joining Sunwood, Alma worked as an executive legal assistant in the San Francisco area. Alma received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is continuing her education at the University of San Diego for a certification in Real Estate. Alma also holds a California Real Estate Sales License.

Alma is an avid traveler, enjoys going to the beach and hiking in Southern California’s beautiful weather.
