ASHLEY CARRILLO

Ashley provides support to the valuation and acquisition of commercial properties. She brings expertise in the valuation of commercial properties with over 9 years’ experience as a certified appraiser specializing in multi-family, office, industrial, retail and special purpose projects.

Ashley holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Houston.

While assisting Sunwood, Ashley is also working towards her MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. She enjoys exploring new cultures, traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband and son.
